Terms & conditions

These terms apply to products and services bought from Suncity Electronics Limited (“Suncity”, “we”, “us”) through this website, on WhatsApp, by phone or at our branches. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Nigerian naira (₦). We confirm the final price, including any delivery and installation charges, before you pay.
• Product photos are for illustration; the exact model, capacity and finish are confirmed on your quote.
• Orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you pay, we offer an alternative or a full refund.

Payment

• Online payments are processed by Paystack by card, bank transfer or USSD. Suncity never sees or stores your card details.
• Your order is confirmed once payment has been verified.

Delivery and installation

• We deliver from our Enugu and Abuja branches and can arrange delivery to other states. The fee and expected date are agreed before dispatch.
• Please inspect items on delivery and report any visible damage before signing for them.
• Installation, air duct work and maintenance contracts are scheduled with you and quoted separately where applicable.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Ask us for the terms on your model. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, unauthorised repairs or installation by third parties.
